Privacy Policy — Otto Digital Media
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Otto Digital Media ("Otto Digital Media", "we", "us") operates the website https://ottodigitalmedia.com and a set of internal tools used to publish and manage content on social media accounts that we own. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Otto Digital Media is a digital media company that produces and publishes content with the help of AI tools.

2. Information we collect on this website
- Contact form: when you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you choose to provide.
- Technical data: our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) may process your IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These are essential cookies/logs; we do not use advertising cookies on this website.
We use this information only to answer your request and to keep the website secure and working.
3. Our Pinterest integration (Otto Digital Media Publisher)
We operate an internal application, Otto Digital Media Publisher, that connects to the Pinterest API. It is used only with Pinterest accounts owned and managed by Otto Digital Media. It is not offered to the public and does not access accounts of other Pinterest users.
When one of our own accounts authorizes the application through Pinterest's official OAuth flow, the application may access:
- basic account information (username, profile name);
- the account's boards and Pins;
- performance metrics of the account's Pins (such as impressions, saves and outbound clicks).
We use this data exclusively to:
- create, schedule and publish Pins on our own accounts;
- organize our own boards;
- measure the performance of our own content.
We do not sell, rent or share Pinterest data with third parties, do not use it for advertising profiles, and do not combine it with data from other users. Access tokens are stored securely on our own systems and are never published or shared. Access can be revoked at any time in the Pinterest account settings (Settings → Security and logins → Apps / Connected apps), after which the application can no longer access the account.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting our website and managing our own social media accounts, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that are necessary to run our website and tools (hosting, security, email), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We never sell personal data.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards. Pinterest data is kept only while it is needed to publish and measure our content, and access tokens are deleted when an account is disconnected.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@ottodigitalmedia.com. We will reply within 15 days.
8. Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 18 where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
